What Engine is in there?
24 valve SHO v8??? I think you mean v6 if its a SHO engine or were you able to cram a Ford 3 valve in there? From the pics looks like a run of the mill 5.0 to me. Shifter looks a little tall and out of place as well.
Although not my flavour nice job on molding in the Z3 details
Well done

Ford SHO V8 engine
The Ford SHO V8 engine (Super High Output) was designed and built by Ford Motor Company in conjunction with Yamaha Motor Corporation for use in the 1996 Ford Taurus SHO. It was based on the successful Ford Duratec engine rather than its predecessor, the compact Ford SHO V6 engine developed by Yamaha for the 1989 Taurus SHO. The engine was retired in 1999 when production of the third-generation Taurus SHO ended.

That was was a nice post. I will sit back and watch. Looks like s 5.0 to me. To op, this board is not your average board. People here post little cause they are busy really building real cars. Any exaggerated claims get quickly debunked.

Sorry NOT buying it!!
I will be the first to admit my mistake and apologize but as hard as I try I cannot see a SHO Taurus V8 engine in your photo's.
Never heard of a "5.0 SHO 24 Valve V8 ", unless you can bolt the V8 SHO heads to a 5.0 block or you have poked and stroked the Taurus V8, a Yamaha-engineered, 3.4-liter, 32-valve unit that pumped out 235 horsepower. In your pics I clearly see a 5.0 F0RD stock cast valve cover, and what appears to be a 94/95 aftermarket intake hat. I cannot see a DOHC 60 degree V8 no matter how many times I look at it!!
If I am wrong I apologize in advance to the amazing Fab work performed on the SHO power plant.

However, the engine pictured in the ad is definitely not the Taurus SHO v8, nor is the Taurus engine 5 liters. The car in the OP has a standard 16 valve 5.0 pushrod Mustang v8 that is in other Monster conversions.
I'm sorry Tom, but you are mistaken about your engine.

1994/1995 5.0L valve covers, with Explorer style upper intake
7.5" T-Bird "center section" (not entire rear T-bird IRS, sorry, won't fit)
Yup, a mostly stock 5.0L 16valve (2 valve per cylinder) engine
Given these simple inconsistencies with the seller not quite knowing what he has on his hands, I'd like to see a picture of the heads to see if they are really aluminum or just painted silver for effect.

I am not the builder
I did not build this car, so I may not have all the facts correct. I do have the builders contact and will try to verify and improve the post. Thanks for the feedback.

OP you clearly are not prepared to sell this and I think should really post in the what's it worth section and let these pros work the car over for you. That will sort out what the car is and what questions buyers will ask you.
I have a hunch you are as far off in what it's worth as you are in what's under the hood...
