'87 Fiero with V8 Conversion - $7500
https://victoriatx.craigslist.org/ct...790730482.html
Craigs List posting from Victoria, TX - Yes, it's not a Miata, but it is a little bitty car with a V8 engine for a relatively low price. Showing 6 photos & looks pretty good. Text says:
This very unique Fiero is not your run of the mill 32 year old classic. This car is equipped with a SBC v8 conversion and a five speed manual transmission with OD. The conversion was done using the legendary "Archie" conversion kit and the engine looks like it was installed at the factory. The car has power windows, locks and AC. It also has undergone numerous upgrades including gauges, larger disc brakes on all four corners, 16x7 inch wheels, rebuilt steering and lowered suspension. The Edelbrock carburetor is new, tires are new, the wheels have a fresh powder coat, new shocks, Mazda Miata seats. The conversion was done years ago, the odometer shows 157k and the mileage on the engine is unknown, the car is well sorted, doesn't use any oil, starts right up and is real fast so no joy rides or tire kickers. Interior is in good shape as well as the paint. Cash or might consider a trade for a Jeep 4x4 wrangler. If your really interested respond to the ad with your phone number and I'll call you ASAP.

Re-Posted & New Price - New Pictures
Now posted for $8,250 & showing San Antonio as it's location. Don't know if it's the same owner, but now there are more pix, including thumbnails of build photos. Ad now says:
1987 V-8 Fiero
V8 Archie deluxe conversion kit 5.7 350 Chevy, 202 heads, roller rockers, double roller timing chain, 5 speed Getreg transmission, Hayes Kevlar clutch, new clutch master cylinder, S-10 brake master cylinder, battery moved to front, 3 core radiator, Beretta disk brakes all 4 wheels, KYB shocks and struts, coil overs in rear, urethane bushings through complete chassis, Beretta GTZ 16 inch wheels with new powder coat, new tires. Paint is great shape and so is the interior. Engine runs great. I have included pictures of the wheel wells to show how clean the car is and also thumbnail pictures of the build. This is one of very few V8 conversions that needs little and is offered at a reasonable price.
