Default 7 qt oil pan?

Does anyone know of a source for a 7 quart oil pan that will work for a stock 302 Ford block? Prefer one with baffles like inside a Shelby pan. The extra capacity is needed due to the higher performance engine being built & the Mellings hi output oil pump.

I used a Moroso on my Mustang, but I doubt it would work on a Miata.

Default Moroso pan possible?

So, what pan did you use on your 5.0 Miata? Any oiling problems? Do you track the car or drive it on the street?

I used the pan from Monster Miata (a modified stock pan) & a standard volume oil pump. Street driven with no oiling issues. If you wanted extra oil volume, you could add an oil cooler.

Default Extra capacity oil pan for Miata

Thanks for the suggestion on the oil cooler. I hadn't considered that but it might just provide enough extra to do the job!
