I ended up ordering a 1997 BMW Z3 front swaybar from ebay for $40 or something and made up some mounts using some box section bent to fit the frame rails pretty well. The bushing is the stock MSM unit sanded on the inside to fit the larger BMW bar. I made some adjustable end links using parts I found online, but I might actually use BMW links in the end. I won't know until the car is on the ground at final ride height.
