Default 5.3 gen 4 CAM choice

I am trying to decide what cam to buy.
I have a stock LS 5.3 lh6 out of a 2005 Buick Rainier 300hp 325tq
I would like make around 400hp and 400tq but also like a linear power curve so it is more manageable.
Any suggestions?

I'm a pretty big fan of the Howards ASA cam. It's low lift so easy on the valve train and designed by the same guys that designed your engine. It won't get you 100 hp but easily half that.

Oh and it sounds like this...

And just so you know the Howards version of it has a bit more aggressive lobe profile that is supposedly better than the GM version but I just picked it because it was 100 bucks cheaper than GMs.
