LS6 Swap into a 2008 NC Grand Touring
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to share - I'm finally putting some time and energy into YouTube; I'm making an entire series dedicated to swapping an LS6 out of a 2001 Z06 Corvette into a 2008 Grand Touring NC that I purchased through Copart - which was a flood car (took 3 fuses to get back to normal). I will say the videos are getting better and better as I do this more, I was nowhere near a video editing expert when I started, and am continuing to learn a lot each time I make one. If you're interested in seeing how I do it without using a $9K+ kit from the companies selling them, please subscribe, like, and comment on the videos any tips/tricks/insight you may have into doing something like this - since I have NOT done this before - and will be using normal garage tool along the way.
First video in the series =
Thanks!

Been watching your videos so far.
Glad to see you are making progress.
For me the big NC question is how to go about connecting up the electronics and making sure all the factory gauges and features still work.

Well good question... lol I know V8 Roadsters does sell a kit to help the engine communicate with the gauges. So I'll either end up buying one of those, or I'll swap over to a holley terminator with digital dash and remove the stock gauges completely. Kind of depends on how much I can get for my OEM engine harness on which direction I go.
