Default Has anyone carbed a LS engine for their Miata conversion?

Has anyone carbed a LS engine to cut down on the wiring headache? Seems like the physically getting the engine/drivetrain into the Miata would be the easy part. Wiring is the main thing that concerns me about my future swap.

Anyone on here carbed the LS? Thoughts?

lol The wiring is the part that I'm dreading the most. I've done a few minor wiring jobs in my day, and it wasn't pretty. I've looked at a couple swap pages that had wiring info and I took a glance and went to another page because it was giving me a headache just thinking about doing it.

The wiring is not bad, and you'll have about as much going the carb route as you would the EFI route.

There is nothing wrong with carbing an LS. Your total engine height will likely increase. It may not fit under the hood. I wish that I had fuel injection on my SB 327.

I keep seeing people say that the wiring is not that bad. I'll do a little more research. Or maybe I'll just grow a pair and stop searching for easy way outs.
