Default MegaSquirt 3 drop in harness feeler...

I'm working on building up a harness for my 331 using the DIYAutotune MS 8' harness, the MS3X staged injection harness and New Old Stock Ford plugs. I’d like to look at adding it to my product line once I finish (don’t worry SN95 people…none of this will happen until I’m done working on your harnesses). Basically you'll be able to drop this harness in as you would my converted Fox body harness but then hook a MS3 up to it instead of a A9L. The price would be about the same as me finding you a donor fox body harness for you ($150) plus my advanced mods ($250). The cool thing is that for about $200 more than what it would cost to buy all the needed Fox donor harnesses and a used A9L and then have me convert it all, you could have a much more modern MS3 running the car.
As 1988 to 1993 Fox body harnesses get more rare and more and more people start going with 331 and 347 Fords that would require a chip to run with the a9l ECU, I think this is going to become a very cost effective and attractive option for folks who still want to use the Ford 302 based engine in their builds.

My question is, as I always ask with this type of post, if you were to build your car today, especially if you are looking at a 331 or 347 Ford, would you go for an option like this?

Thanks everyone,

-Jason McCully
