Default Need Wiring Help- Fuel Injection

Need ideas please. When checking voltage at the fuel injector with key on I am only getting .09 volts. Everything I read advises I should get 12volts when keyed on. I am building a 5.0 with Martins kit and wired per his instructions. I am getting 12v at the computer- keyed and constant. Any thoughts?

Thank You

James

Mistakenly cut wires from pins 37 and 57. Should have just joint the Keyed Hot to them. Don't know what I was thinking. Maybe one day I will get it running!!!!
